There are a lot of questions asked before and after someone has booked with us so below are the most frequently asked.

We accept bank transfers,  debit cards, credit cards and cheques.

You can arrive anytime after 3PM and must vacate by 10 AM at the latest for cleaning purposes.

Yes. WiFi is provided free of charge.

There is no reception for our chalets. We have a key safe just outside your Chalet door, your key code will be emailed to you upon receipt of the full payment for your holiday.

Yes there is ample parking outside your chalet.

Towels, bed linen and £1 coins for the electricity meter.

Yes! We accept dogs at a cost, however site rules do not allow dogs between certain dates (check prices page for these dates)

Yes! The beach is only a short walk across the Sand dunes.

Laundry facilities are shared with the site next door, you will pass them on the way to your chalet so keep an eye out.

There are a variety of supermarkets in Hayle for example, Asda, Lidl and Marks & Spencers.
