Race Details and Participation

The Land’s End 100 is open to any rider over 11 years old, with options to choose from three routes: long, medium, or short. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a supportive spectator, there's something for everyone. The entry fee ranges from £40 to £45, depending on the distance you choose, but cheering from the sidelines is completely free

The race kicks off and concludes at Folly Field on Saturday, 14 September 2024. Participants, primarily adults but open to those 11 and older, can choose from a 105-mile Long Route, a 72-mile Medium Route, or a 46-mile Short Route.

Cyclists must finish by 5 pm. Feed stations are available along each route, although each cyclist should spend no more than 10 minutes at each. A minimum pace of 13 mph is required. Each route is electronically chip-timed, and all participants receive a Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal based on their completion time in their age and gender category.

Hosted by the Newquay Towan Blystra Lions, the 11th Newquay Beer Festival offers a chance to taste over 100 different beers and ciders. The popular gin bar, featuring both Cornish specialities and classic favourites, will also be available.

Many visitors return annually to savour the extensive selection of beverages and the lively atmosphere, enhanced by music that complements the drinks. All involved, including the artists, volunteer their time, and sponsors are acknowledged for their financial and logistical contributions.

Since its beginning in 2013, this charity event has raised £100,000, thanks to both attendees and the generous sponsors who make the event a success.

The Newquay Beer Festival will be held at Hendra Holiday Park, located in Newquay, Cornwall TR8 4NY. The event will take place over three days, running from Friday, September 20, 2024, to Sunday, September 22, 2024. On Friday and Saturday, the festival will be open from 11 AM to 11 PM, while on Sunday, it will run from 12 PM to 7 PM.

The Friday and Saturday passes are priced at £9.50 each, with an additional booking fee, while the Sunday pass costs £3.50, also with a booking fee. For those wishing to attend all three days, a 3-Day Pass is available for £22.50, plus a booking fee.
